Unfortunate but necessary because the destination site seems to have a coding problem with it's frames page that won't let folks using Netscape Navigator in. I use the newer versions of both Netscape and MSIE and though MSIE doesn't have a problem with the site, Netscape does. The reason why I think it is a coding problem is that I can visit my own frames page and those of my friends using Netscape and have no problem. What I've done to help with this problem is to offer two different links. If you are using MSIE then follow the first link. If, on the other hand, you got here with Netscape then take the second link which will take you to the non-frames page. This may be a slight inconvenience but it is well worth it.
